Poll: Do you forgive Kelvin Sampson?

Greetings I am so happy I found your site, I really found you by error, while I was browsing on Digg for something else, Nonetheless I am here now and would just like to say thanks for a tremendous post and a all round enjoyable blog (I also love the theme/design), I don't have time to go through it all at the minute but I have saved it and also included your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more, Please do keep up the awesome work.

Forgive Sampson, as far as I am concerned, there is nothing to forgive. He was a great coach and he contributed much more to the Sooners than he ever took. He was a winner and he took the program from Billy and continued its success. When he first came, he was not a big named coach but he ran a solid program and year after year improved his recruiting. He was just getting to the level where Oklahoma was getting 1st tier recruits and in my opinion would have coached OU to a national championship at some point. People complained about his style of basketball but at least it was winning basketball. I hated to see Kelvin leave and I wish him success for all his future endeavors. Boomer Sooner!

Inability to coach defense.... You're kidding right! I will give it up to Kelvin. He could coach defense. HOwever, I will never forgive him for cutting and running in the face of sanctions. I will never forgive him for being the face of Integrity in the NCAA only to bold face lie and cheat. To me he is worse than Bill Clinton. The only good thing about Kelvin is his son, Kellen. Kellen is a true Sooner and will always be one of my favorite players all time.

Yes, of course! I wonder will they do the same type of question for Eddie Sutton and his son? They are the ones that really need to be forgiven (if you ask me), don't you think?

Ultimately, nationally nowadys only two things in matter in Oklahoma: Oklahoma Sooner football and Thunder basketball.
