Roy Finch the second Sooner to shut down Twitter

The thought crossed Roy Finch’s mind yesterday, a few girls that followed him begged him not to close his Twitter account.
‘We love your tweets,’ they said.
He said he chose to. It was too much of a distraction, from class and from football. He was letting the wrong things get to his head, and his quickest solution was to close @RoyFinch22. He smiled as he spoke with the media about it Tuesday night.
“I DM’d a few girls, then closed it,” Finch said. “I just got too consumed in it .. I’m just trying to keep my head focused for this season and not get wrapped up in what other people say about me.
“Eventually I’m going to bring it back, but as of now, I don’t want it right now.”
