When Adam Shead got ran into in the back during camp, he looked around to figure out who it was.

He knew there was nobody on his team that runs like that, but it had to be. That’s when he realized it was JUCO transfer Damien Williams.

“He’s just a real power back,” Shead said. “When you say ‘power back,’ that guy’s a power back. He’s strong.”

Shead called the 6-0, 208-pound running back  from Arizona Western “a great runner.”

“He’s going through you, around you, somewhere,” Shead said.
