Questions remain before implementing background check

I don't question the desire of President Barack Obama and others to do all that's humanly possible to prevent another Newtown, Aurora, etc. But who will be the final arbiter as to who can and who can't buy a firearm? Will it be a psychiatrist or psychologist trained to recognize serious mental problems? A well-connected bureaucrat who wouldn't know the difference between a schizophrenic and a treatable psychological problem? How far back will the inquiries go? Will the possibility of a family member having mental problems keep someone from buying a weapon?

So many questions need to be an-swered before a real, meaningful background check can be implemented.
