A witness found jewelry belonging to a slain Oklahoma City woman and possibly a picture of her body among the belongings of a man who was arrested in her death Thursday, according to court records.

Bryson Baker, 18, was arrested on a murder complaint in the death of Shelia Stanley, 57.

Stanley, a home health nurse, was found stabbed to death in her home at 10226 Oxlow Court on Dec. 8 by officers who were called to check on her welfare after two friends couldn't get her to answer her door.

According to an affidavit filed by police Friday as they sought a search warrant for DNA samples from Baker, someone called police to report Baker had been staying with him around the time of Stanley's death.

The witness also knew Stanley. He became suspicious Baker might be selling drugs out of his home and looked through some of his property. He found jewelry he knew belonged to Stanley.

According to the affidavit, the witness also found an iPhone, turned it on and saw a photo of a woman lying on the floor of a bathroom. The description of the photo matched the scene homicide detectives found at Stanley's home.
