MTV has canceled new reality series “Buckwild” after cast member Shain Gandee was found dead last week, according to TMZ.com.

The 21-year-old was found dead in his vehicle with two other passengers, including his 48-year-old uncle. The cause of death was determined to be carbon monoxide poisoning.

The station said it will have a “day of programming dedicated to Shain in which we will air the entire first season of ‘Buckwild.’”

The Associated Press reports production crews were not with the young star when he died over Easter weekend.
