Two women were killed in separate traffic accidents, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
Citabria Coleman, 21, of Indianapolis.
Coleman died in a crash late Tuesday on the Turner Turnpike in Lincoln County.
The crash happened about 11:14 p.m. just east of State Highway 18 near Chandler.
Coleman was a passenger in a box truck driven by Albert Coleman, 69, of Los Angeles. She was dead at the scene. Albert Coleman was treated for neck and head injuries at an Oklahoma City hospital, the patrol reported.
He was eastbound when he drove off the turnpike and struck trees. The roadway was dry at the time of the crash.
Seat belts were in use, the patrol reported.
Melissa Byard, 33, of Mannford
Byard was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, on State Highway 33, a half-mile west of 401st W Avenue in Creek County, troopers said.
About 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, Byard failed to yield while pulling out of a private drive and was struck by a car driving east on S.H. 33, according to a patrol report.
James Byard, 9, and Laurun Byard, 12, were critically injured. The driver of the eastbound car was admitted to a hospital in serious condition and a 16-year-old boy in Byard's vehicle was treated for minor injuries and released, troopers said.
Melissa Byard and James Byard were not wearing seat belts.
