An Oklahoma City man nearly bit a woman's finger off after the two got into an argument, according to a police report released Wednesday.
Lanny Morgan, 42, was arrested on complaints of domestic abuse in the presence of a child and domestic abuse by strangulation.
Police were called to the 2400 block of NW 32 about 1:15 p.m. Saturday by a woman who told them Morgan had nearly bitten her finger in half after she tried to fight him off while he choked her, according to the report.
The woman said she and Morgan — who have a child together — got into a verbal argument earlier in the night. When she asked Morgan who he was on the phone with, he pushed her out of the bedroom, down the hall and into the kitchen.
The couple's 11-year-old son came into the kitchen and saw Morgan choking his mother and tried to stop Morgan by hitting him in the back. Morgan pushed the boy away and bit down on the woman's finger.
Morgan was booked into the Oklahoma County jail, with his bail set at $14,000.
