“Dark Tower” sequel previewed; midnight release announced

“Dark Tower: The Long Road Home” is a sequel to “The Gunslinger Born,” the comic books based on the Gunslinger character by Stephen King. The creative teams include writers Robin Furth and Peter David, artists Jae Lee and Richard Isanove, and variant cover artist Mike Deodato Jr. The series is overseen by King himself. This series will explore a time only hinted at in the bestselling “Dark Tower” novels. The book will go on sale at 12:01 a.m. March 5 at participating direct-market retailers.
