Unlikely. Keep in mind that the only decision he is going to make at this point is if he will hear the case of if he will ignore the terms of the premises use agreement and allow the case to go to arbitration. He tipped his hand a bit at the last hearing when he asked Bennett's legal team if they really thought that the people of Seattle would have invested more than $80 million without an expectation that the team would remain through the length of the lease. The odds are slim that this will end up in arbitration which means it would then go to a trial. With the city requesting a jury trial it will take at least a year for this to play out in the courts
