By Anthony Slater – Aslater@opubco.com - @anthonyVslater Kevin Durant has never been shy about boasting his Longhorn pride, even if the Thunder star only played one (ridiculously productive) season in Austin. All power to him. But Durant’s latest act of UT fandom may have stung some of his loyal OKC fans. Well, at least the ones that double as Sooner faithful. OU lost a brutal hoops game in Austin late Wednesday night, blowing a 22-point second-half lead in disastrous fashion, eventually losing 92-85 in overtime. You can read about it here. And, as everybody reacted to the wild comeback and surprising collapse on Twitter, Durant decided to shoot out this gem to his masses: Screen Shot 2013-02-27 at 11.04.15 PM A quick jab at the Sooners and a shoutout for his Longhorns. Relatively innocent. But OU walk-on (and unofficial hype man) James Fraschilla quickly responded to Durant’s comment: Screen Shot 2013-02-27 at 11.04.45 PM Straight facts from Fraschilla. And ones that sting. Always a smart ploy in Twitter arguments. Plus, there’s no way Durant was going to respond, right? Wrong: Screen Shot 2013-02-27 at 11.04.57 PM Some serious Sooner trolling from KD. And all in good fun. Even Fraschilla had to back down: Screen Shot 2013-02-27 at 11.05.06 PM - Anthony Slater
