Kendrick Perkins has some company.
The Thunder big man (turned wannabe point guard) made a pair of appearances on TNT’s ‘Shaqtin’ A Fool’ earlier this season, which serves as the NBA’s unofficial blooper reel.
Now Russell Westbrook, his talented teammate, has joined him on the multiple offender list.
Westbrook was on the segment last month for his oft-ridiculed pregame attire. This time, he made the select list for a botched dunk against the Rockets.
Westbrook, with open court in front him, tried to tomahawk one in, but instead clanged it off back rim. His blooper, in the above video, starts at the :28 second mark.
But the best offense, in my opinion, is Nominee #4, the egregious Tony Parker double-dribble, complete with a vehement argument against the obvious call. Check out the whole video if you have time. It’s always funny stuff.
But one gripe: How did this Nate Robinson missed dunk not make the list? The dude tried, and failed miserably, to hammer one down on Serge Ibaka, a big man more than a foot taller. Pure comedy:
