A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to the arrest of a Dewey County man Sunday afternoon on a child pornography possession complaint, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported.

Mark Bailey, 43, was arrested on an Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act violation and booked into Dewey County jail, OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown said.

The tip involved the possible sexual abuse of two children from a computer Internet address at a Seiling home.

A warrant was served at the home. No children were in the home, and investigators do not think children were being abused there, Brown said.

Bailey was found in rural Dewey County. He was in possession of a computer device that reportedly contained images of child pornography, Brown said.

Bailey's wife, Heather Bailey, was arrested at the home on a Major County warrant on a failure to appear on an omission to provide for a minor child charge, Brown said.
