Check out video of 2011 Sooner QB commitment Kendal Thompson (Southmoore High School), who is having a banner week at the Elite 11 camp.

Thompson, a 4-star prospect who has already pledged to play in the ESPN Under Armour All-America Game, is the son of former OU QB Charles Thompson.

Thompson totaled 39 TDs and threw for almost 2,800 yards as a junior last season.

  Great to see the Thompson name again associated with the Sooners. Also glad to see that Charles has turned his life around is making a difference in young lives. Time will tell how both Thompson stories will play out. For now, the ship is upright and steering in the right direction for both father and son...Good luck to each...Just my opinion...
