X-Factor 7-12
Life and Death Matters

The second collection of the ongoing Peter David X-Factor series deals with death in a comic-book universe, and the “Civil War” storyline that gripped the entire Marvel line.

Siryn deals with the reported death of her father, Banshee – but has a hard time believing this time, he’s really gone.

As the “Civil War” that divided Marvel superheroes into pro- and anti-registration camps took place, the X-Factor group has to make a decision as to which side they’ll choose – and the group isn’t unanimously on either side. In issues 7-8, Jamie Madrox makes a stand.

Quicksilver offers Rictor a chance to get his powers back and causes conflict with the X-Men. In issues 9-12 the plans of Singularity Investigations are revealed as writer Peter David ties up threads going back to issue No. 1. The book also flashes back to Jamie Madrox’s origins as we learn more about his powers and where he came from.
