I have flip-flopped at the last minute and picked “The King’s Speech” over “The Social Network” for best picture tonight at the Academy Awards, reversing my prediction from Wednesday. They are both great movies, but I think “Speech” will resonate more with Oscar voters.

Here are my final Oscar picks for 2011. Follow the Oscars live via live-blogs by BAM and Staticblog. The ceremony airs tonight on ABC, hosted by James Franco and Anne Hathaway.
