According to Deadline, Tom Hardy has been selected for a lead role in the new “Batman” film to be directed by Christopher Nolan.  Reports don’t yet have the name of the role, but speculation is that he could play a villain in the third Bat-flick to be helmed by Nolan.

Hardy played Eames in Nolan’s “Inception,” released this summer.

  Mxyzptlk is a superman villain mostly .... And Aqualad is a good guy ... Aquaman's sidekick ... so .. .no . I say : Black Mask , or Riddler. Mark my words :)

  My guess is the penguin, or mister mxyzptlk (that's a batman villian right???) But my fingers are crossed for Aqualad.
