Norman, Oklahoma-raised Christian Kane, who stars as Eliot Spencer on “Leverage,” comes in at No. 4 on Nerdage’s actors with geek appeal.   The Dallas-born actor, who’s also a country music singer, starred as Lindsey McDonald on “Angel” between 1999 and 2004.

Earlier this year, Kane played at Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin’s inaugural ball, and, with the cast of “Leverage,” rang the NYSE closing bell.

His latest album, “The House Rules,” was released in late 2010.
