Bloodshot coming in July from Valiant

Valiant Entertainment released the above promotional art for an upcoming “Bloodshot” series via twitter.

The company writes: “The summer of VALIANT is coming! 4 titles. 4 months. This July, every mission is a suicide mission. BLOODSHOT #1″

This follows announcements and promotional art for two other Valiant series: X-O Manowar in May and Harbinger in June.  The fourth title has yet to be announced.

“Bloodshot” was recently announced as being optioned for a film from Sony.

Bloodshot was part of the original Valiant Comics in 1992, first introduced in “Eternal Warrior” No. 4.   “Bloodshot” No. 1, released in 1994, sold over 1 million copies.  It was written by Kevin VanHook and drawn by Don Perlin.
