Similar to the recent “Vault” books featuring Marvel and DC Comics, the “Treasures of Bruce Lee” book gives a deep look at a specialized subject.  In this case, the actor and martial artist is featured in a chronicle of his life from a child star to his days at “Green Hornet” and in “Enter the Dragon.”

What the “Treasures” book does beyond a normal biography is provide replicas of important items from Bruce Lee’s life and career.   Movie posters, personal letters, attendance cards and more make the reader feel as if he’s paging through a box of Lee’s personal mementos.   There are 15 facsimile items provided overall.

The book also features many high-resolution photos, many never-before published.   The authorized book was written by Paul Bowman, with a foreword by Bruce’s daughter, Shannon.

The hardcover book has a suggested retail price of $45.
