A Tulsa man believes he got HIV from a visit to oral surgeon W. Scott Harrington's office, but lawyers who have worked on similar cases say proving his allegation in court will be difficult.



In September 2010, T.J. Harring went to Harrington for a tooth extraction. He found him by searching for someone who would sedate him because Harring said he has high dental anxiety.
