Another Thunder fan drills the halfcourt shot for $20,000

Many NBA players have come out this season and admitted a reluctance to fire up halfcourt shots at the end of quarters, for fear of hurting their shooting percentage.

But, if they had the accuracy of Thunder fans, it would probably bump those statistics up.

On Sunday, during a timeout in the playoff opener against Houston, Larry Hill, a 26-year old from OKC, drilled the MidFirst Bank halfcourt shot, winning $20,000.

It was the third Thunder fan in the past couple months to nail it.

Maybe the Rockets could have used him off the bench…
