5 escape Tulsa standoff uninjured, 1 arrested

A man arrested after a standoff with police Monday morning is being held on several shooting with intent to kill complaints, officers said.

Tulsa police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 1400 block of North Kingston Place, which is near Pine Street and Sheridan Road, around 1:30 a.m., said Sgt. Steve Stoltz.

When they arrived, five of the home’s occupants – a man, two women and two small children – escaped the home unharmed. The alleged shooter, 55-year-old Herman Dwayne Webster, remained inside before he was apprehended without incident around 4 a.m.
