Dark Knight Rises tickets on sale; Harkins to hold Bat-marathon

Tickets have gone on sale for “The Dark Knight Rises,” the final Christopher Nolan Batman film, which opens on July 20.  Harkins Theaters, including the Harkins in Bricktown in downtown OKC, will host a Batman marathon leading up to the midnight release of “Dark Knight Rises.”   Click past the cut for the news release.

Scottsdale, Ariz. June 5, 2012 — It may be the end for the Caped Crusader’s latest story, but Harkins Theatres is starting from the beginning
with The Dark Knight Marathon Thursday, July 19, leading up to the midnight premiere of the third and final installment of Director Christopher
Nolan’s trilogy, The Dark Knight.  Fans will be treated to screenings of Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and the premiere of The Dark Knight
Rises at midnight.

As has become tradition at Harkins Theatres with previous marathons for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2, The Twilight Saga:
Breaking Dawn and The Avengers; Harkins offers fans the opportunity to connect with each other while reliving the excitement and intensity of
the past two Batman films.
