Comic-Con International begins with preview night from 6-9 p.m. tonight at the San Diego Convention Center.

More than 125,000 are expected at the show, which will celebrate pop culture anniversaries including Tarzan’s 100th and indie comic Love and Rockets’ 30th.  Publisher Image Comics, in the middle of a resurgence in its line at least partially spurred by the success of “The Walking Dead,” will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the convention.

Stay tuned for more news and updates throughout the week, as publishers are expected to make a bevy of announcements.
