According to the Associated Press, “The Dark Knight Rises” star Christian Bale visited victims and responders to the Aurora, Colo., shootings today.  He also visited with doctors in the hospital where victims are being treated.

According to the story, Bale went on his own, without alerting the media, and not at the request of Warner Bros.   Some of those visited posted pictures of Bale’s visit online. (Carey Rottman is pictured with Bale in the photo in the link.)

Good for Christian Bale for trying to make these people’s recovery a little brighter.
