Not many Show-Me-Staters at OSU

OSU offensive lineman Andrew Lewis told a funny story the other day.

At media day in August, players were grouped according to their home state for photos, but Lewis is the only player on the team from Missouri.

“They made me get with the players from Oklahoma, because they didn’t want to just have one guy from Missouri,” the Joplin native said.

Lewis’ hometown paper, the Joplin Globe, featured him in a story this week.

A fan poll conducted by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has OSU in the top 10.
