OSU insider in-depth: Deion Imade

With recruiting season in full swing, I will be evaluating all 26 prospects who are currently committed to the Oklahoma State football program. I will go in alphabetical order and will post three or four evaluations per day during the next week.

My evaluations will conclude next Friday when I rank OSU’s commitments including their chances of having an immediate impact in Stillwater.

Deion Imade, Rowlett (Texas)

Position: Safety

Ht, Wt: 6-0, 185

Vitals: 4.48 in 40, 265 bench, 405 squat, 33-inch vertical

Picked OSU over… Iowa State, Kansas, Rice

Pros: Imade has excellent acceleration and closing speed. He comes up quickly in run support and is a willing tackler. Another safety prospect who is physical but can match up, at times, with receivers one-on-one. Very good tackler.
