Mack Brown says that opponents flashing the upside-down Hook ‘Em Horns sign is “disrespectful” and something the Big 12 Conference should discuss.

  I don't see anybody but OU fans doing this? In OKC I see people driving around with upside down signs. Why can't people promote their own program without running someone else down?

  If it is not disrespectful, then what's the point? It is not something the Big XII should look into, though.

  Im and OSU fan and I dont think its disrespectful, but as many teams that flash the upside down horns after touchdowns.....and then texas wr getting penalty for doing that to texas tech. Either let every team do it or no team do it. Suprisingly imo texas shouldnt have gotten that flag
