Uni tracker: Plenty of orange this season for Oklahoma State

Each week, we’ll look back at what uniform combination Oklahoma State wore and make a prediction for the next game. Nothing scientific about it. All in good fun.

Last season, some fans complained that Oklahoma State did not wear enough orange. Those supporters got their wish in 2012, with the Cowboy closing out the home portion of the schedule with orange helmets and jerseys to go along with white pants.

OSU wore orange jerseys just twice in 2011. This season, they were worn in five of seven home games. Not to mention, orange helmets and orange pants have each been worn three times so far. The black and gray jerseys were worn one time apiece.

So which home combination was your favorite? Mine is still the black-orange-black look worn last season against OU and this season against Texas, with the all-black look (especially the slick Phantom Pistol Pete helmet) worn against TCU a close second.

How about home combos you would still like to see? Sign me up for orange-black-orange, black-gray-black, and white-black-white.

Anyway, onto the Bedlam prediction. Usually I give my uniform pick for the next game after listing out all the combos, but I think I have a slam dunk here: All white. I will honestly be shocked if this isn’t the look.
