Former Oklahoma State grad assistant joins Doug Meacham at Houston

Doug Meacham isn’t the only former Oklahoma State coach who has now joined the staff at the University of Houston.

Glen Elarbee, who was an offensive graduate assistant under Meacham for two seasons, was hired as the Cougars’ offensive line coach last week.

Elarbee coached at OSU from 2008-09. Since then, he’s made stops at West Georgia (offensive line coach/offensive coordinator, 2010-11) and Middle Tennessee State (2012).

Neither hire has been formally announced by Houston, but each has been added to the coaching staff page on the school’s official website.
