Stillwater’s Chris Perry is the top recruit in Oklahoma this year (and perhaps the region). So far he’s been tight lipped about where he might be heading for college. One could assume that since he is OSU coach John Smith’s nephew OSU is a lock.

 But while the Cowboys might be the favorite, add Penn State to the list. His older brother Mark has taken an assistant coaching job with the Nittany Lions as some Iowa fans speculate below…..
