Going to a game this weekend? Watch out for the changing rules

The Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association’s new director of officiating, Mike Whaley, was gracious enough to come up to the OPUBCO Studios on Tuesday for a chat about some of the rule changes fans are likely to notice this season at high school football games. Check out this video for an explanation of the new horse collar tackling rules, among other changes.
