Edmond Santa Fe (1-7, 0-5) vs. Norman North (4-3, 2-3)
When: 7:30 p.m. Friday
Where: Harve Collins Field, Norman

Santa Fe (L, North; L, Memorial; W, PCWest; L, Mustang; L, Del City; L, Southmoore; L, PCNorth; L, Lawton)
Why the Wolves can win: Both of these teams are struggling right now, and if Norman North is hanging its head at all, Bruce Gowen’s boys are going to walk out with a win. The defense is right up there with the rest of 6A-1. A break or two for the Wolves, and the losing streak is done.

Norman North
Why the Timberwolves can win
: Edmond Santa Fe’s offense is run first, run second, run if possible third, pass fourth. And why not? The Wolves have a star in Brian Mills. But the teams that have hurt Norman North have done so mainly through the air. The T-Wolves stuff the run.
