Adams, Henderson win CUSA awards

Former Heritage Hall volleyball players Jessica Adams and Tyler Henderson, both now at Tulsa, earned Conference USA player of the week honors this week.
Adams was named the conference’s defensive player of the week while Henderson earned offensive honors.
Thre freshman have combined to win seven CUSA player of the week honors this season — four for Adams and three for Henderson.
Adams totaled 50 digs in two road matches last week, averaging 5.56 digs per set.
Adams ranks 25th nationally with 5.06 digs per set for the season.
Henderson averaged 6.22 kills per set. She ranks 19th nationally with 4.44 kills per set and 33rd with 4.67 points per set.
