Quick update: Cameron Bertelli’s 11-yd interception return for a TD pulls Jenks to within 26.

Tulsa Union 45, Jenks 19 7:05 remaining

Jenks scored on the opening drive of the second half on Zach Langer’s 19-yd TD run but Union returns the ensuing kick 90 yards (by Kale Pearson) to answer.

Tulsa Union 39, Jenks 7 9:42 remaining in the third

Halftime stats:

First downs: Union 10; Jenks 3

Rushes-yds: Union 22-162; Jenks 14-5

Passing yds: Union 30; Jenks 33

C-A-I: Union 8-5-0; Jenks 9-5-0

Punts: Union 0-0; Jenks 3-24

Fumbles-lost: Union 0-0; Jenks 2-1

RUSHING
Union
Colton Dost 7-67, 1 TD

Jenks
Zach Langer 8-42

I’ll be back in a bit with stats but it’s halftime here at Chapman Stadium and Tulsa Union leads Jenks 32-0.

Cole Dost’s 21-yard touchdown run has the game making me wish for a mercy rule.

Tulsa Union 32, Jenks 0 1:07 remaining in the half

Cole Way’s 37-yard field goal makes it:

Tulsa Union 26, Jenks 0

Union again goes for it on fourth down, this time just outside the Jenks 40. This is how good things are going for the Redskins: Chase Boyce fumbles the snap but picks it up and gains two yards and the first down.
