The freshman 103-pounder continued a terrific season with two dual victories on Tuesday and a tournament championship over the weekend.

Lindsey recorded two pins in matches against Lawton and Edmond Memorial and then capped the Jay Hancock Tournament with a 6-2 decision in the championship final.

The Lions’ rookie is ranked No. 1 in Class 5A by okwrestle.com and is one of a handful of underclassmen in the state ruling the 103-pound division. In fact, the top five 103-pounders in the state, regardless of class, according to okwrestle.com is made up of three freshmen and two sophomores.
