Martini plays well again for Lions
Moore girls basketball standout Tara Martini keeps having stellar games for the Lion, but unfortunately it hasn’t helped in the win coulmn just yet.
Martini scored a team-high 11 points Friday for the Lions in their final game before the Holiday break. But defending Class 6A champion Del City won going away with a 62-35 victory over Moore.
The Eagles came roaring out of the gate, scoring 23 first-quarter points. Teaira Rich led the way with 15 points and Shafaun Jones added 11.
