The Boneman’s prediction of six Edmond teams making state has happened. Santa Fe gave everyone a scare as the girls won by one point and the boys needed a huge fourth quarter to put away Mustang. Edmond squads, I’ll see you in Tulsa. Memorial boys didn’t leave any doubt.

Advanced to State
Memorial girls
North girls
Deer Creek girls

Santa Fe
Boys
: Wolves def. Mustang (60-50). Advanced to state. Josh Richardson had 16 points as Wolves outscored Broncos by 10 points in fourth quarter to make sure they weren’t a No. 1-ranked team that didn’t make it.
Girls: Wolves def. Yukon (48-47). Advanced to state. Big comeback by Millerettes in fourth quarter, but Courtney Walker and co. survive and that’s the right word.

Memorial
Boys
: Bulldogs def. Enid (66-38). Advanced to state. Holding Enid to 38 points, especially with a stud like Chris Fitzpatrick, tells me all I need to know about this Memorial squad.
