T-Wolves open soccer playoffs with dominating win

Norman North junior Will Smith netted his third hat trick of the season as the sensational forward led Norman North to an 8-1 win over Yukon.
Taylor McCauley scored twice, while JT Harrison, Jordan Moxley and Gus Jenson added one each. The T-Wolves put almost half of their 19 shots in the goal and scored four goals in each half. The win puts Norman North at 12-3 and sends the T-Wolves into a quarterfinal matchup with 13-1 Putnam City North.
Friday’s match will be played at Norman North and is slated for a 7 p.m. start.
Smith leads Norman North in goals with 21.
