Norman's Parker Bowles signs with OU

Norman track standout Parker Bowles signed to run for the University of Oklahoma Thursday.
Bowles is the top-ranked runner in Class 6A in the 800 meters and is second in the 1,600 meters. The four-year state qualifier has the best time in the state in the 800 by two full seconds at 1:55.6 and is less than than a second off of the top time in the 1,600 at 4:25.5.
