Back again with his blog is Yukon's Derek Deeds.
Back again with his blog is Yukon's Derek Deeds.

Back with more from Yukon’s Derek Deeds. He has five straight days of national camps and has agreed to blog about his experiences all five days. I would like to thank Deeds for all his cooperation.

Here is day two:

Fun day at Top Gun today. Pretty much the same type workout as yesterday – including pass route work, one-on-one’s and 7-on-7, along with some classroom work with motivational speakers from the NFL.

The coaching staff here is amazing, I think every one of them played in the NFL. One of my position coaches is the personal receiver coach of Chad Ocho Cinco and Steve Smith.

Well, gotta go with the family to a “ghost tour” in Colonial Williamsburg.

Tomorrow is going to be crazy busy. While I was vacationing in D.C. last week, I found out I made the National Top Prospect camp which is at OU this weekend.

So tomorrow (Friday) I will attend camp here in Virginia until about 3:00 and will then catch a late flight to OKC so I can attend the Top Prospect camp at OU on Saturday morning.

This will be my first time to fly by myself!
