No matter where he goes, Heritage Hall’s Barry Sanders is going to be swarmed by the media. Local, national, it simply is not going to matter.

If he didn’t know before, he got a taste of it this week at the Top Gun camp in Williamsburg, Va. And though he was extremely busy, Sanders took the time to send some info on how he felt the week went.

Here are Sanders’ thoughts on the week:

We had a lot of fun. It was good going up against guys and learning from guys that will be playing in the Army All-American game.

Every practice consisted of first going through our stretches. Then we moved on to position drills then routes and then one-on-ones and 7-on-7.

There was definitely a lot of media there. I did interviews with Rivals, USA Today and one of their local news stations.

Overall it was a fun experience other than it was about 115 degrees out on the turf, haha.

But we all enjoyed ourselves and hopefully I’ll be able to play with some of the guys that were there.”
