Sorry, Mid-Del fans, I can’t give you ‘great wisdom’ about the district scenarios for your schools. Two of them can’t change regardless of what happens Friday. And the other could have its fate decided Thursday.

- Midwest City is locked in as the district champion. The Bombers will most likely face Westmoore or Edmond North in the first round at Jim Darnell Stadium.

- Carl Albert, heck, there is no drama at all. Gary Rose’s boys will meet Duncan for the second time this season in the first round. This time it will be at Jim Harris Field. This time Duncan won’t have Domonique Petties. CA also won’t have Dillan Dansby as it was against the Demons that Dansby got injured. CA won 42-10 in Week 3.

- Del City, well, better get out there and support US Grant. If Edmond North beats US Grant, then the Eagles are home once again, regardless of what happens Friday vs. Mustang. Too many uneven performances early because Del City has performed pretty well in the last few weeks. If Edmond North loses to Grant, we’ll revisit what the Eagles need to do Friday morning.
