Oh, Super 30, how I love and loathe you at the same time. This list will go under dramatic changes in the upcoming months. Players we didn’t think much of might all the sudden become hot commodities.

So if your favorite player isn’t on this list, don’t be upset, there’s still time for Scott and myself to find the ‘error in our ways.’ I’m really liking this year’s crop of players. It’s extremely top-heavy, and it’s an incredible year to be a running back, no?

Three of the top five are running backs (Heritage Hall’s Barry J. Sanders, Jenks’ Alex Ross and Norman’s Donovan Roberts).

Here were some of the players that didn’t make the list but still have a very good chance to:

Quintaz Struble, Heritage Hall; Derek Deeds, Yukon; James Flanders, Midwest City; Kendal Davis, Sapulpa; Jevonta Cross, Tulsa East Central; Keon Hatcher, Owasso; Brent Wilson, Ponca City; Tylor Seabolt, Jones; Orion Jones, Jenks; Landry Chappell, Guthrie. These were the names that made the paper. However, I also wanted to add some more.

Mustang QB Brandon Taylor is someone who can shoot up this list in the next couple of months. Another quarterback to watch out for is Jerame Littell at Stillwater. A new coach might be exactly what he needs. Millwood isn’t completely devoid of talent, either. OL Devin Dobbins appears to be the Falcons’ best prospect. And LB Marc Robinson might make it back if he can regain his form he had at Heritage Hall.
