Heritage Hall's Quintaz Struble gets Arizona offer
Heritage Hall football coach Andy Bogert has been talking about it for a while. He knew that with all the attention star running back Barry J. Sanders and wide receiver Sterling Shepard have been getting, it was going to open the doors up for the Chargers other talented players.
It began Wednesday as defensive end Quintaz Struble was offered by Arizona, the junior told The Oklahoman on Wednesday night.
After having nearly his entire sophomore season wiped out because of a knee injury, Struble was dominant at defensive end last year.
Struble finished the season with 104 tackles and 15 sacks. He also caught two touchdowns at tight end but said he is being recruited more as a defensive end and as an athlete and not as a tight end.
Struble’s offer comes on the heels of quarterback Quinn Shanbour also receiving interest from the Wildcats. After being forced to sit out last season after transferring from McGuinness, Shanbour is also expected to make a splash for Heritage Hall in the fall.
