Football fans, here’s your chance to let us know who you thought was the Player of the Week in Week 6 of the high school football season around the Oklahoma City area.

Pick one of the five selections from the poll below, or write in your own candidate in the comments section, where you can tell us why your choice deserves Player of the Week honors.

The results of the poll will appear in Tuesday’s Oklahoman, and some of the best reader comments might get in as well.

Edmond North defense
Stuffed one of the state’s top running backs, holding Putnam City’s Casey Curtis to 65 yards in a 35-0 victory.

Andrew Long, RB, Southmoore
Rushed for 265 yards and two touchdowns as the SaberCats shocked Norman 40-23 on Thursday night.

Michael Lowe, QB, Jones
Threw for 170 yards, rushed for 52 and two touchdowns and came up with a crucial interception in the fourth quarter of a 21-14 upset of No. 2 Millwood.

T.J. Martin, RB, Cashion
Rushed 41 times for 174 yards and two TDs, including the game-winner with 21 seconds left in a 36-28 win over Watonga.

Cole Swayze, QB, Purcell
Rushed for three touchdowns and threw for another in Purcell’s 28-24 win over Plainview.
