10 arrested in Oklahoma City prostitution sting

Oklahoma City police arrested 10 people on complaints of offering to engage in the act of prostitution Monday evening at 4300 S Robinson Ave., according to incident reports.

Ten people were arrested Monday evening when officers conducted a prostitution sting in south Oklahoma City, according to incident reports.

Ronnie Fred Mercer, 59; Andrea Dawn Lee, 36; Jesse Lee Johnson, 29; Rosebud Denice Benally, 20; Sergio Israel Delgado, 30; Jessica Michelle Counts, 28; Charles Neer, 21; Ashley Rachelle Stidham, 22; Valdo Silva, 18; and Jose Silva, 22, all were arrested on complaints of offering to engage in the act of prostitution.

Oklahoma City police vice enforcement officers made contact with each person arrested at 4300 S Robinson Ave. Each agreed to sexual contact for payment ranging from $20 to $60, according to the police reports.

Lee, who also goes by Andrea Elix, and Benally remained in the Oklahoma County jail Tuesday. Lee's bail was set at $500 plus fines and costs from earlier warrants. Benally's bail was set at $500. The others were released after posting bail, jail officials said.
