The last two children hospitalized after the traffic accident that killed Oklahoma City police officer Chad Peery have been released, a hospital spokeswoman said Wednesday.

McKinsey Peery, 13, and Mason Peery, 11, were being treated at OU Medical Center following the April 14 rollover crash that killed their father.

The children were riding in a van on Interstate 40 when a tire blew out and the van crashed. McKade Peery, 7, and Morgan Peery, 5, were discharged from the hospital last week. The van's driver, Shelby Palmer, 19, was released from the hospital the day after the crash. She was the only one wearing a seat belt, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
