Musician/actor/entrepreneur Sean Combs will guest star in an upcoming “Hawaii Five-0” episode, currently scheduled to air this spring.

Combs will play New York Police Detective Reggie Williams, who is searching the streets of Honolulu for the men responsible for a crime against his family which puts him on a collision course with the Five-0 team, according to a CBS news release.

Combs will undergo weapons instruction and training with a Navy S.E.A.L. to prepare for this part, which is his first action role.

Several of his hit songs will also be featured during the show.

“Hawaii Five-0,” a contemporary version of the classic series about an elite federalized task force fighting crime in Hawaii, stars O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park.

“Hawaii Five-0″ airs regularly on Mondays at 9 p.m. on CBS.

"Ko' Olauloa" -- When the CEO of a hugely successful surf company is murdered, Kono (Grace Park, far right) revisits her past while the rest of Five-0 (left to right: Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim) is thrown headlong into the varied but interconnected worlds of North Shore surfing, on HAWAII FIVE-0, Monday, (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
